Hi, I’m Michelle.

Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Parent Supporter, Workshop Facilitator, and proud Mum.

Children and families don’t need to be fixed, or get more conflicting advice. They need to be valued for exactly who they are, and supported to thrive in their own way.

I’m keen to share that sensory regulation is for everyone; especially kids and the grown-ups who support them.
