Hi, I’m Michelle.
Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Workshop Facilitator, and proud Mum.
Children and families deserve to be valued for exactly who they are. My work is about supporting people to thrive in their own way.
It bothers me that parents and educators are given advice that doesn’t consider the realities of their everyday lives. I’m interested in best practice evidence, and finding ways to make it work for real situations in the lives of busy families and teachers.
I’m keen to share that sensory regulation is for everyone; especially kids and the grown-ups who support them.
